I recently finished a function call graphing utility with my friend dropofwill. It takes any given repo on github, searches for C files, and constructs a function call graph of the entire program. Files can be expanded into sets of functions, with arrows depicted the calls from one function to the next. Selecting a function or file will also display the raw C code in a pane to the left of the graph.

Try it out (on a small heroku instance), or check out the project on my GitHub!
